This is how Alex now refers to his new baby sister and though speech therapy may be in our future, I love the way he says it.
Nonetheless, we are so happy to see that smile no matter what time of day it is!
She's had a better day today and we're all glad about that. We even had some special Mommy/Daughter time this morning. Unfortunately, that occured between the hours of 2:30 and 3:30 AM. Perhaps it's because we're still recovering from jet lag.
Or perhaps it's because this is how she and her daddy spent their Father/Daughter time right before dinner last night...
Nonetheless, we are so happy to see that smile no matter what time of day it is!
She is precious and such a darling smile. Enjoy that bonding time together!
ReplyDeleteahhh...love that before dinner (post work day) snugglin'. :)
ReplyDeleteWe are so thankful that sweet Lia is starting to adjust to her forever family! Whenever we see pictures of her, we instantly have smiles on our faces!!! Can't wait to hold this adorable girl in our arms! Lydia can't wait to see her too! We love you guys! Love, The Daley crew
ReplyDeleteI notice that the hair bow is there again:) Great to hear how that big brother Alex is referring to his new rival for attention, toys, etc. What a great life lesson your kids are getting about how God makes room in our hearts to allow others a spot.
