Game Night

In addition to caring for the kids here, there is also a residential English school where college-aged students come to learn English for the purposes of studying abroad or business.

A new semester began this past Monday and in order to help facilitate conversational skills, the instructors have a game time each afternoon starting at 5.  Would we be interested in hanging out with them and playing some cards?

Um, yeah.

The first night it was Uno.  Thankfully, I have a 6 year old who schools me in that pretty regularly so I was prepared to handle an intense round or two.

We also learned a new game called "Kent" which works well for large groups.

Getting to know some of these students has been an additional blessing to our time here.
