It Came!

Our long-awaited, much-anticipated Letter of Acceptance (LOA) arrived at my doorstep this afternoon.

In other words, China said "Yes!" to our request to adopt Lily.

Any day an LOA arrives is a day for celebration.

But today is even more special because today is also Lily's 8th birthday.

I do hope that sweet girl is enjoying the little care package we sent to China as much as we are enjoying the one that China sent to us.
