Learning to Share

As you can see by the above picture, Lia is a fan of the plastic Diego water toy. Any guesses as to who else might have a fond affection for the same toy? Mmmm hmmm.

So today we had some lessons in sharing and for the most part it went over pretty well. Once we learn to communicate our feelings from start to finish without glass-shattering wails or gutteral screams, we'll call it a success.
Alex is affirming Lia's attempt at sharing by giving her the ol' thumbs up sign (even though Diego still remains solely in her possession).

Good job guys. Diego would be proud.

  1. So I'm impressed that sharing lessons only involve "glass-shattering wails" or "gutteral screams."
For a long time at our house they involved Random Acts of Violence too...
    Cute thumbs up shot!

  2. I would like to sign my children up for the "learning to share" seminar...is there another one on the calendar in the near future?

  3. If only we all could resolve our problems this way - what a better world we would have. Even wailing is good for the soul. Two thumbs up from Nana. Love ya, Mom
