It's Coming...

It caught me surprise as I walked by the window today.


Saw it out of the corner of my eye.

I should have remembered that no matter how long it seems to have been gone, it always returns.

A reminder that winter is only temporary.

And a promise that the beauty of spring is on its way.

    Ah spring! You know, I have half joked that God prevented us from traveling to meet Darcy earlier so that we'd have the promise of spring coninciding with her arrival home. Time outside with new growth makes adjusting so much better...
