Last Year on This Day...

..we flew half way around the world, landed at Newark airport, and introduced America to its newest (and possibly its spunkiest) citizen....

Today, one year later...

... we cleaned the garage and played with sidewalk chalk...

...we grilled hot dogs and watched some basketball...

...we rode bikes and played baseball...


...and had a regular old Saturday as a family...

And it was good.

There's nothing Lia enjoys more than a good lollipop. And there's nothing that can get her to smile for the camera quite like that little piece of heaven on a stick...

And there's nothing like sharing a sweet moment with a friend...

or two.

At It Again...

Last night when the girls took Lia up to play, I shouldn't have been surprised when another fashion show resulted.

They discovered the stack of dresses we had purchased for her in China.
